NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
The Schooling sessions will be Maximum of 14 riders at any one time for 1½ hours
Session 1 – 9.30 – 11.00.
Session 2 – 11.00 – 12.30
Once these sessions are full, or have at least 10 entries, we will open the next session 12.30 – 2.00m and so on.
We will schedule as many sessions as are necessary to meet demand within reason!

RULES & REGULATIONS – PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING It is the responsibility of every competitor to ensure that their hat and body protector complies with The Pony Club 2025 rules and are compulsory for all competitors.
All riders must have hats (correctly tagged) and body protectors which comply with current Pony Club/BEF Rules.
Non-compliance will mean no participation and no refurefuns
If your hat is NOT tagged with the current PINK hat tag please go, unmounted, with your hat to the secretary
ALL BODY PROTECTORS MUST MEET BETA 2018 LEVEL 3 STANDARD (BLUE & BLACK LABEL)
It is the responsibility of every Pony Club competitor to ensure that spurs are only worn if the rider has passed their C+ riding PC Test or above OR spurs test and is showing either the correct felt or the SPURS YELLOW HAT TAG.
No recording devises attached to crash hats/helmets permitted.
A valid passport must accompany every horse/pony to the event & all horses/ponies are to be fully and correctly vaccinated with, as a minimum, their First and Second Primary Equine Influenza Vaccinations and, where appropriate, their first booster.
Thereafter their annual booster must have been administered by the correct date. If you are unsure whether your vaccinations comply, check with your vet.
Passports will be randomly checked – non-compliance will mean no participation and no refund. EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK IN ON ARRIVAL WITH THE SECRETARY & SIGN AN INDEMNITTY FORM PLEASE BRING YOUR CRASH HAT WITH YOU (A HUMAN FIRST AID KIT WILL BE WITH THE SECRETARY AND ALL EMERGENCY CONTACT NOS.)

An adult needs to be responsible for children at all times.
Please be aware & considerate of other people using the course
Times will be strictly adhered to Spectators are asked to stay with their group, but at a safe distance and be aware of all groups around the course.
It is the responsibility of all riders to check the jumps are damage free and clear before use All persons using the course must have public liability insurance cover
No moving of any portable fences.
Any damages or accidents (however minor) must be reported to the secretary
Everyone attending should come with their own first-aid kit for people and horses and have a mobile phone.
No sitting on cross-country fences No vehicles to be taken onto country course including instructors. PLEASE DO NOT RIDE ON EITHER THE BE OR THE POINT TO POINT COURSE.
Parking to be in the field to the right of the entrance gate.
All droppings to be removed from the car parking lorry area.
No horses or ponies to be left unattended.
All gates must be closed immediately after use and at all times.
Legal Liability: Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health & Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. NB. THERE WILL BE NO VETERINARY OR PARAMEDIC/FIRST AIDER IN ATTENDANCE NO DOGS ALLOWED
