Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 11/02/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
No refunds given for withdrawals after midnight on 11/02/25, unless a Met Office weather warning is issued advising no travel, in which case a refund will be given minus the admin fee.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees In the unlikely event of cancellation by NMA, refunds will be given minus the admin fee.
NMA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE SESSION TO GROUND ARCHERY ONLY SHOULD WEATHER CONDITIONS BE UNSUITABLE FOR MOUNTED ARCHERY. THIS WILL ONLY HAPPEN AS A LAST RESORT, BUT ALL BOOKINGS ARE MADE ON THIS UNDERSTANDING
