Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 07/10/2024
Refund minus an admin fee of £4 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £4 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Team information
Pony Club only teams of 4 with best 3 scores to count, which must be declared before the start of the class. Please enter your team name, if known (you can edit this up to the closing date). Team Manager access for all teams to be organised online please email info@horse-events.co.uk if unsure or not used this before. Team competitions will only run if there are 3 or more pre-entered teams.
Terms and Conditions
- All classes are open to non-members of the Pony Club. Non-PC members must be covered by their own insurance.
- Classes will be judged under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024 and The Barrier Spring Festival 2025 rules.
- Withdrawals up to midnight of 7th October 2024 will be refunded in full less an admin charge of £4. Withdrawals on 8th October or beyond will not be refunded.
- Judges decision is final.
- Teams of four members with best three scores to count, which must be declared before the start of the class.
- *Team competitions will only run if there are 3 or more pre-entered teams.
- Times & running orders will be posted on Pony Club Results for each class.
- Single phase – all competitors jump both phases whether they are clear in the first phase or not. Phase 2 will be up to 5cm higher than phase 1.
- Hard hats to the current Pony Club standard MUST be worn at all times when mounted.
- Any objections must be handed to the Secretary in writing with a deposit of £10 within half an hour of the incident. If the objection is not upheld, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Health and Safety Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Legal Liability Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
