Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
No refunds will be given except on receipt of valid vet or doctor’s certificate
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded.

Entries on the day for Clear Round SJ, Fancy Dress, Gymkhana, Handy Pony and Family
Dog Show.
(Entries on the day for SJ/WH classes subject to space and incur additional +£2 entry fee).
Pre-entries close 21st May.
It would help us a lot with planning timings if all SJ/WH competitors pre-enter.
In the event of classes clashing please let us know so we can try to accommodate.

Classes start 10.30am.

Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.
1. The committee reserve the right to alter or cancel any classes.
2. The judge/committee’s decision shall be final in all matters concerning the show.
3. The committee & landowners will not be responsible for any accident or loss arising from any cause connected with show.
4. Approved riding hats with chin straps fastened must be worn at all times whilst mounted.
5. No spurs or whips may be used in the gymkhana.
6. Objections and protests must be made in writing within 30 mins of completion of the class with a £10.00 deposit.
7. Competitors 16yrs and under. All ages as on the day of the show.
8. CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES 21
th May 2024.
9. Entries to all classes may be limited at the organizer’s discretion.
10. All jumping will be judged under Pony Club Rules. Rules will be posted in secretary tent.
11. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Please clear up any mess your dog makes.
12. All competitors in the FANCY DRESS must wear approved riding hat (see above).
13. No refunds will be given except on receipt of valid vet or doctor’s certificate.
14. No galloping on the showground
