Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Withdrawals
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser ant-helen@hotmail.co.uk
Refunds
No Refunds after the closing date on 9th May 2025.
Withdrawals can be made up to and on the day of the event, but will not be refunded after the closing date.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Saturday- Shoot, Running, Swimming- Dragon Leisure Centre, Bodmin. PL31 1DE
Sunday- Riding- Southcott Farm, Winkleigh EX19 8LF (restless.depending.sling)
Teams are to be declared by 13th May
There Will be no catering available on the Saturday.
*Will be run under accordance of Pony Club Tethrathlon rules 2025*
Tri and Tet teams of 4 (3 scores to count) chosen from classes 1-8.
Rosettes: Individual to 8th place. Teams to 6th place.

Times will be emailed to team trainers by 15th May and will be available on PC results, where you will be able to print your ride numbers.

Entry information
Shooting:
- Pistols must remain boxed until competitors are asked to unbox them by Range stewards
- All pistols should be flagged to comply with rules.
- Please indicate on entry form of gun shares (and which competitor) and if competitor is left handed.
Running:
- The run will be on grass.
- Competitors will be starting in groups.
- Running numbers will be in the envelope with the targets. Beanie numbers will be available at the start of the run
- Please check your running times on the board before leaving the field. Any disputes need to be made on the field only.
Swimming:
- Please state on the entry form if the competitor requires an outside lane.
- Buoyancy aids will be allowed for class 8 only and there will be no penalty. Buoyancy aids are only allowed to swim in the outside lane, so please state on the entry form if they will be used.
- Please check your swim distances on the board before leaving the pool. Any disputes need to be made at the pool only.
Riding:
- Class 7/8 will be over a max 60cm course. Class 8 may be assisted.
- Competitors wishing to compete at the next height down will receive 200 penalty points, or if you drop down 2 heights 400 penalty points.
- BE Bibs are required and you will be required to PRINT your own number.
- The cross country will be available to walk from 2pm Friday 16th May.
- Catering will be available on Sunday only.
