Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Class 1: £24 (£22 for NCHPC members)
Class 3: £46 (£42 if both riders NCHPC members)
Classes 2, 4, 5 & 6: £28 (£26 for NCHPC members)
• All fees include £2 per person towards 1st Aid cover (paramedic).
• To be run under The Pony Club 2025 Eventing Rules
• Rosettes to 6th place
• Entries in advance only by Monday 12th May 2025
• No refunds after closing date without doctor’s or vet’s certificate.
• Times and scoring on Pony Club Results
• Will start AFTER the cross-country phase of the tetrathlon – not before 12.
• Maximum of two rounds per horse.
• Please print two copies of your number for your number bib.
Refreshments and photographer on site.
• All competitors must wear a body protector and an approved hat to current British Standard. Hats and body protectors will be checked for compliance, but it will be the responsibility of the rider and accompanying adult to ensure the fit of both hat and body protector and that tack is safe and within the rules.
• The course will be ready to walk from 5.30pm on Friday.
• L fences (if used) are smaller, easier alternative fences but incur 15 penalties.
• In the event the fixture must be cancelled, we will make an announcement on the NCHPC Facebook Page and the NCPC Facebook page.

The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the Officials and Stewards.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
