The event will follow the Area Mounted Games format and rules. All teams must provide 2 line stewards plus someone to assist with equipment. This is designed to be a fun “learning” environment for parents and children alike. We encourage everyone to join in accordingly. Hopefully we have enough entries to have a senior, junior and novice competition with 4 or 5 teams in each event. We will combine the events if needs be and adapt the races as needed. Please could experienced teams/parents be ready to help those who are new to team mounted games. All N & T children should enter as individuals and teams will be sorted out when we know who is coming. Start times to be issued when team numbers are confirmed. Children from Branches/Centres without teams are welcome to enter. Refunds will be made if we are unable to make up a team for individuals. Please put your branch name in teh special request section (it it hasn’t already asked for it – sorry new to this system) please could teams also indicate if they are happy for an individual to join them to make up numbers. We may need some teams to bring some additional equipment, we will contact you directly if this is the case.
