Teams
You can enter as an individual or a team of three or four and you will be assigned a team name by your team manager
Team Managers: if you haven’t already got team manager access please request it via the TEAM MANAGER REQUEST button

Times and Numbers
NUMBERS IN THE WARM UP ARENA WILL BE RESTRICTED SO PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE THERE TOO SOON.
START TIMES; WILL ALSO BE ALLOCATED AND WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO, TIMES & NUMBERS WILL BE ON www.ponyclubresults.co.uk
Rules
RULES
1. All classes will be run under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024
2. Teams to consist of three or four Competitors
3. Open to Individuals
4. Rider and horse/pony combinations may not enter the same class in two teams or twice in the same team & neither may the pony/horse
5. Each class is Single Phase with the second half of the course timed
6. The total of the best three scores to count in each round for Team placings
7. Individuals will jump once all the teams have jumped
8. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify anyone for misuse of whip (please familiarise your competitors with the rules of whip use) or spurs, dangerous riding or any horse in poor or lame condition.
9. Hats must comply with current Pony Club standards and must be tagged otherwise you will not be allowed to compete. If your hat is not tagged go unmounted to the ring steward. This is the competitors responsibility.
10.Body protectors if worn must be BETA level 3 2018.
11.No jewellery allowed (unless for medical information purposes).
12.Whips must be compliant with the whip rule 2024; if carried must be by the handle, no longer than 70cm, no shorter than 45cm, must be padded with no binding or stitching on the pad.
13.The Official Stewards’ decision is final
Prizes & Prize Giving
Team rosettes to 6th place, Individual Rosettes to 10th place. Prize giving will be 30 mins after each class finishes at the secretaries trailer
The NEH Challenge trophy will be awarded to the Pony Club that gains the most points over the whole competition.
On site Facilities
ON THE DAY;
Please print your own allocated numbers at home and bring your own bib or use number bibs.
Parking – Please make sure you park where the officials direct you.
Passports must accompany horses and they must be vaccinated according to PC rules. There will be spot checks
Horses/Ponies must not be left unattended. Please do not leave horses/ponies tied to the outside of lorries
Please pick up all droppings and all rubbish from the lorry park before you leave.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
HEALTH AND SAFETY Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, Officials and Stewards.
