Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
The course will consist of a mixture of coloured and rustic fences.
All classes will be run as a single phase with an timed section.
Rosettes to 6th place and highest placed NCHPC member.
Assisted Classes 2B and 3A: A parent/guardian is permitted to be inside the arena, may call the course and verbally support / give directions to the rider but must not physically lead the pony. Unfortunately this will lead to elimination.
Entries close Monday 17th March 2025 (or sooner if full).
Times will be available on the Horse Events website from 6pm Thursday 20th March 2025.
No Dogs allowed. All droppings and hay must be picked up please.
Refreshments available. First Aid in attendance / Vet on call. Photography by Top Shots.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Judges decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 10 minutes of the results being published with a deposit of £20, (refundable if objection is upheld).
2. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
3. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
4. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third party cover. The NCHPC Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, restrict entries and make alterations when necessary.
6. Hard hats to the CURRENT APPROVED SAFETY STANDARDS must be worn, chinstrap must be closed at all times while mounted. No fixed peaks.
7. All Competitors must wear body / back protectors to latest approved British Safety Standards
8. Any rider wearing SPURS much have current PC Spurs Tag on their hat. No Spurs Hat Tags can be done on the day.
9.Horse / ponies under the age of 4 years or stallions are not permitted at the event.
10. No refunds after closing date will be given except on receipt of valid Veterinary or Doctors Certificate.
11. Classes 1, 2 and 3 are strictly for novice and inexperienced combinations – please respect this.
12. No Dogs allowed.
13. Please pick up all droppings and hay.
14. Competitors numbers to be worn and can be printed out via Horse Events Website.
