We have been asked about a dress code!
Riders can wear their XC colours or a long sleeves sports skin (and if you don’t have this) a riding jacket is just fine too 🙂

About this Event

Indoor arena eventer challenge open to all at The Unicorn Equestrian Centre, Stow on the Wold.
A fun and friendly event starting with classes at poles on the ground up to jumping height of 90cm.
Refreshments available.
Hosted by the North Cotswold Hunt Pony Club.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details

The course will consist of a mixture of coloured and rustic fences. All classes will be run as a single phase with an optimum time. Rosettes to 6th place and highest placed NCHPC member. Assisted Classes 2B and 3A: A parent/guardian is permitted to be inside the arena, may call the course and verbally support / give directions to the rider but must not physically lead the pony. Unfortunately this will lead to elimination. Pre Entry £15.00 Entries on the day if space is available £18. Entries close Wednesday 13th March 2024. Times will be available on Horse Events website from 6pm Friday 15th March. No Dogs allowed. All droppings and hay must be picked up please. Refreshments available. Terms and Conditions

1. The Judges decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 10 minutes of the results being published with a deposit of £20, (refundable if objection is upheld).
2. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
3. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions toavoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
4. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third party cover. The NCHPC Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, restrict entries and make alterations when necessary.
6. Hard hats to the CURRENT APPROVED SAFETY STANDARDS must be worn, chinstrap must be closed at all times while mounted. No fixed peaks.
7. All Competitors must wear body / back protectors to latest approved British Safety Standards.
8. Horse / ponies under the age of 4 years or stallions are not permitted at the event.
9. No refunds after closing date will be given except on receipt of valid Veterinary or Doctors Certificate.
10. Classes 1, 2 and 3 are strictly for novice and inexperienced combinations – please respect this.
11. No Dogs allowed.
12. Please pick up all droppings and hay.
