Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Refund before Withdrawal date in Full, After Withdrawal date refund minus an admin fee of £1.50

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser valeofclettwr@pcuk.org

Substitutes and Refunds:

Substitutes can take place up until the start of the competition, please tell an official on the day to ensure we call the correct names out.

Withdrawals: If a Branch or Centre withdraws a team or individual prior to the closing date for a competition, a full refund of entry fees will be made, less an administration charge. Withdrawals after the closing date for a competition will not be refunded.

Abandonment: In the event of a competition being abandoned, for whatever reason, a refund of 50% of the entry fee will be given. In such an instance the refund process will be communicated and must be followed.

Raising an Objection

Once the competition has ended Team Managers have 30 minutes to check scoring and to raise any objections before the prize giving takes place.

Health & Safety

The Organisers of this event have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective, we ask everyone present to take every reasonable precaution to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must adhere to the instructions of the stewards.

The Landowners, Organising Committee and Officials will not be responsible for any accidents or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever connected to this competition. Persons attending do so at their own risk.
