In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

• Entry fees: Senior teams £250. Junior teams £200. Pairs £100. Novice/assisted teams £70 each day.
Please enter via Horse Events: one member to register the team, team declarations on the day.
Entries close on 12th April 2025.
• There will be Senior, Junior, Novice/Assisted and Pairs Competitions.
• The competitions will be run according to the Mounted Games Rules 2025.
• Games played will be a mixture of Area and Zone games – to be confirmed after close of entries.
• Seniors will have 2 sessions each day, Juniors will have 2 sessions on Saturday and a final on Sunday, Pairs will have 1 session each day.
• The novice/assisted competition will be run as a separate competition each day. This will be run under the guidelines in the Mounted Games Rulebook and it is envisaged that it will be for younger riders but there is no age limit. Ponies may be lead, but only for safety reasons
• Camping and penning will be available on the Saturday night.
• Refreshments will be available all weekend.
• Each team will be required to provide two line stewards/equipment helpers.

LEGAL LIABILITY: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers of this event or the Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or their tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
HEALTH, SAFETY & WELFARE: The Organisers of this Event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
