Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 29/09/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Awards:- there will be individual rosettes to 10th place overall for classes 5 – 10, to 6th overall for classes 1 – 4. For each phase, there will be 1st place rosettes only, for classes 3 – 10.
Live scoring – for all queries please address to steward within 30 mins of phase ending and final results will be posted on https://www.ponyclubresults.co.uk
For the winter series points, only the position of PC members will be recorded.
All ages of competitors as of 1st January 2024.
The competition will be run under the 2024 PC Tetrathlon Rules resources.pcuk.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Rulebook-Tetrathlon-2024-Final_Web-v100124.pdf
Shooting in accordance with Pony Club Rules. Those under 8 years of age cannot shoot in this competitions.
Please take note of clothing rules as we advise you to dress appropriately. Long trousers are strongly recommended. Footwear which does not extend above the ankle must be worn. Protective or prescription glasses are mandatory for shooting at 7m and are recommended for all.
