No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Awards:- there will be individual rosettes to 6th place overall for classes overall.
Live scoring – for all queries please address to steward within 30 mins of phase ending and final results will be posted on https://www.ponyclubresults.co.uk
All ages of competitors as of 1st January 2024.
The competition will be run under the 2025 PC Tetrathlon Rules 2025-Rulebook-Tetrathlon-221224.pdf
Shooting in accordance with Pony Club Rules. Those under 8 years of age cannot shoot in this competitions. Please take note of clothing rules as we advise you to dress appropriately. Long trousers are strongly recommended. Footwear which does not extend above the ankle must be worn. Protective or prescription glasses are mandatory for shooting at 7m and are recommended for all.
