Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 11/04/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
PC branch/team MUST be stated when entering, if no branch is stated we reserve the right to put you in a mixed team. SJ Team organisers must contact the entries secretary a week before close of entries if you have specific team requirements. Teams of 3 or 4 members, best 3 scores count. Single phase competition – second half will be timed. *Area 15 running specific 70cm mini qualifier which is totally separate from the regional qualifier

Rosettes will be awarded in each class: 1st – 6th Individuals 1st- 3rd Teams

Enter as Individual or Team (team name: tbc if not known) – Team Managers can view and assign entries online through your Event Manager

Terms and Conditions
RULES
- Start times will be issued for each rider in each class. These may alter on day depending on how fast classes run. Please be prepared to start earlier or later than set time
- This competition will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024
- The judge’s decision will be final
- Classes will be run as SINGLE PHASE, the second half will be timed. All competitors jump the second half unless they have been eliminated
- No horse/pony can be ridden in more than two classes
- Tack checks will be carried out in the warm up arena
- The Pony Club Saddlery and Dress rules will be strictly enforced
- Hats must comply with current Pony Club Rule book. Failure to comply may result in elimination. Hats must be tagged with the January 2023 PINK TAGS
- Riders wearing spurs will need to have their hat tagged with 2025 NEW YELLOW TAG
- The wearing of body protectors is recommended
- Every horse or pony to have current in date Flu vaccinations. Boosters within 12 months
- The warm up arena will be stewarded, with a maximum of 6 riders at any one time
- The jumps in the warm up arena must not exceed the height of the jumps in the main ring
- The organisers reserve the right to alter/cancel classes at their discretion. Also change start times. Please be prepared and allow enough time for classes to run early or late
- Liability: Neither the landowners, organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever
- The organiser of the Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the Officials and Stewards
- All dogs on short leads at all times
- Number bibs are not required
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason for doing so and also reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who in their opinion places her/himself or others in danger or fails to observe rules
- In the event of cancellation notification will be posted on the Mendip Farmer’s PC website and on the event facebook page.
- Horse and ponies must be over 4 years on the day of competition
