Terms and Conditions for Demonstration Evening Event
Welcome to our Demonstration Evening Event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Professional Etiquette
1.1. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
1.2. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to loud talking, inappropriate language, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated.
1.3. Please silence mobile phones and other electronic devices to avoid disturbing the demonstration.
2. Considerate Parking
2.1. Attendees are encouraged to park considerately, ensuring that they do not block driveways, entrances, or other vehicles.
2.2. Please use designated parking areas where provided and follow any instructions from signs regarding parking arrangements.
3. No Refunds
3.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, late arrival, or dissatisfaction with the event.
3.2. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be communicated.
4. Arrival Times and Late Entry
4.1. Attendees are requested to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a prompt beginning.
4.2. If you arrive late, please enter the venue quietly and with minimal disruption to the ongoing demonstration.
4.3. Follow the instructions of the event staff to be seated discreetly.
5. Liability
5.1. The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
5.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and should take care to secure their valuables.
6. Photography and Recording
6.1. Photography and recording of the demonstration are prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from the organisers.
6.2. Any images or recordings taken with permission are for personal use only and should not be shared publicly without the consent of the organisers and any individuals featured.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the organisers.
7.2. In case of emergency, follow the instructions of event staff and evacuate the venue calmly and promptly if required.
