In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Rules and Conditions
All horses/ponies must be a minimum of 5 years old.
No Stallions
• Vaccination must be up to date with a booster having been given in the last 12 months but not after Sunday 8th October 2023
• Competition will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024 • THE JUDGE’‛S DECISION IS FINAL
· Teams to consist of 3 or 4 riders. Best 3 scores count.
· Team members will also be judged as individuals
• Competitor numbers MUST be visible at all times whilst mounted.
• SPURS worn anywhere on the showground must comply with PC Show Jumping Rules.• NO SPURS in Classes 1 to 3.
• HATS Must be PC Tagged, with a pink tag, before the competition or being worn in the collecting ring. Compliant hats can be tagged by the secretary.
• There will be a Tack Inspection at the Warm Up arena.
• Horses/ponies must not be left unattended tied up outside a vehicle.
• Children should not jump in the collecting ring without an accompanying adult.
• If the Show is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, entry fees will be refunded. Any refund will be subject to an administration fee.
Health & Safety Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Legal Liability Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
PHOTOGRAPHS: by entering this competition you are agreeing to be photographed whilst competing; these photographs may be used for future publicity. If you do not wish to be photographed please tell the photographer on entering the arena, before you jump.
PLEASE NOTE: The Pony Club third party legal liability insurance does not apply to those who are not members of the Pony Club. Each competitor must carry their own insurance liability, Riding Club, BHS BE or independent cover.
