Entry: £18 per class. All bookings to be made through www.horseevents.co.uk Entries Close:Friday 19th April 2024 (entries will be limited) 9.30am – 2.00pm
Open to riders 13 years (year 8) or under, riding ponies 14.2hh or under (15.2hh and under allowed in the 80cm only) All classes will be a single phase competition. The course will be in two parts with the second part timed; competitors to jump both parts unless eliminated on the first part. • Faults to be accumulated. • Individual entries. There will be a warm up with two practice fences. All parents / guardians/ handlers must stay out of the arena on the grass. The organisers will alter the size of the jumps between classes and at other times, if deemed necessary. The only exception for guardian involvement is for those who have lead rein / assistance in the 40cm class.
Rosettes to 6th place. Prize giving will be unmounted.
Conditions of Entry 1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or Maidwell Hall nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards 3. Photography- By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer 4. The event will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 5. Ponies can enter a maximum of 2 classes. 6. No pony may be ridden more than once in the same class. 7. No outside assistance is allowed (apart from Class 1). 8. No entry accepted without fee. 9. Entries will be limited and taken on a first come basis. 10. The organisers reserve the right to amend the times of the classes or cancel classes according to entries. 11. No dogs. 12. All hats and back protectors must be compliant with the current Pony Club rule that can be found on the Pony Club website. 13. Tweed or black/blue coats preferred. 14. Each entrant to declare entry on the day to the Secretary in the Café before the class starts. 15. The Judges decisions are final
