Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

All classes will run in accordance with The Pony Club Spring Festival Arena Eventing Rules 2024/25
ELIGIBILITY Open to individual Pony Club Branch and Centre Members. Please note non-members of The Pony Club are allowed to compete in any Preliminary Round (but must become fully paid up members to compete at the final.)
70cm class – Riders in this class must be aged 14 years and under on 1st January 2025 to qualify for Spring Festival
NO REFUNDS after closing date unless supported by doctor’s letter or vet’s certificate.
The competition will be a single round with two phases; a course of show jumps and one of simulated XC fences some of which may have a knock down top rail. The aim is to achieve a clear round in both phases as close to the XC optimum time as possible. The winner will be the Individual with the fewest combined penalties.
Cross country colours should be worn.. No jewellery is allowed.. Body protectors and skull caps are compulsory for this competition and must meet the Pony Club standards for 2025
The Organiser may, at their discretion, alter the schedule/rules as required.
The Judge’s decision is final.
All classes will be in a drawn order and no more than 8 in warm up area at a time.
Incorporating qualifiers for SPRING FESTIVAL 2025 (Qualifiers for Pony Club Members from Area 1 & 19 – other areas welcome to compete) (Non Pony Club members are welcome to enter but must have 3rd Party Liability Insurance)
Classes from 50cm – 1m will also be qualifiers for the Arena Eventing Championship at Eland Lodge in 2026
Please note this show is being run in conjunction with an NSEA Qualifier

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
