Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 06/12/2024
Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs after the withdrawal date unless the entry can be replaced after the withdrawal date.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

This event runs on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th Dec Please Note: this event has separate booking pages for each day please make sure you enter the correct date we can not move entries you will need to cancel and rebook.
Both Days: Pairs 70-80-90cm £50 + non refundable booking fee as stated online

TIMES ~ available on www.eventingscores.co.uk Thursday 12th December 2024 after 7.00pm
Riders – to provide their own bib numbers.
DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.
COURSE WALK- There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.
General Rules
HAT STANDARDS: It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that all hats and body protectors meet the required standards as set out by British Eventing, British Riding Club and Pony Club.
Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.
OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.

HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this event.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the event or otherwise.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times or refuse an entry.
