Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 12/04/2025
Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the entry can be replaced. A waiting list will be kept for all classes which fill.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

CLASS RUNNING ORDER WILL BE DEPENDENT ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER CLASS
IF TRAVELLING ALONE PLEASE INFORM SECRETARY ON ARRIVAL
Competition Format
Times are given for dressage and show jumping. Pick your class by the height of showjumping. You will be given dressage time and show jumping time. After show jumping make your way to XC start. You are allowed to show jump in your XC wear.
XC will be three jumps one height so jump whichever height you are comfortable with.
Dressage sheets will be available to collect
Dressage & Show Jumping: All tests are current Horse-Events Dressage Tests and are available from https://www.horse-events.co.uk/about/horse-events-dressage-tests/
Both dressage and show jumping will be on grass.
Cross Country: All tracks are aimed at encouraging the riders. Three heights one jump on XC. Back protectors must be worn.
Course Walk: The course will be available to walk from 3.00pm Friday 18th April 2025

Times will be available on www.eventingscores.co.uk 1800 Thursday 17th April 2025 NOTICES ~ Bibs will not be provided; PLEASE PRINT OFF YOUR OWN BIB NUMBERS – A4 SIZE In case of abandonment, please call 07976 273289.
Rules
1. Body protectors for show jumping and cross country are compulsory 2. No fixed peak hats. It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that their hats and body protectors are at the required standard as set out by BE, PC and BRC.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class or section and divide any class. Transfer competitors between sections, alter advertised times and refuse an entry.
