Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 06/09/2024
WITHDRAWALS ~ by phone (but please confirm by email immediately) or email by 6.00pm on Friday 6th September 2024. Withdrawals made after closing date will be refunded if the space can be filled. A waiting list will be held if necessary.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £10.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry information
Class heights are for show jumping only. Once on the cross country you can chose which Height to jump. All cross country jumps are three heights one jump : 70CM 80CM 90CM
ENTRY FEE £45.00 + Non refundable booking fee of £1.75
Competition Format
Show jumping – A course of 1-8 show jumps on grass (in your cross country clothes) you will then go to the start of the XC and be set off.
COURSE WALK ~ The course will be available for walking from 4pm on Friday 13th September 2024

TIMES ~ available on www.eventingscores.co.uk after 6.00pm Thursday 12th September 2024
NOTICES ~ Bibs will not be provided; PLEASE PRINT OFF YOUR OWN BIB NUMBERS – A4 SIZE

Rules
1. Body protectors for show jumping and cross country are compulsory 2. No fixed peak hats. It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that their hats and body protectors are at the required standard as set out by BE, PC and BRC.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class or section and divide any class. Transfer competitors between sections, alter advertised times and refuse an entry.
