KIRTLINGTON SPONSORED RIDE is being organised by Bicester Hunt with the Whaddon Chase and the booking agent is Equine Bookings
KIRTLINGTON SPONSORED RIDE SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 29th 2024
Start – 9am, last rider to set off no later than 12pm – however if we can push the riders together as tight as possible, it does make it easier.
It is a beautiful ride across private parkland, with at least 40 optional fences, including water. Photographer and caters in attendance.

There will be catering on site. There will be toilets.
All riders must have 3rd Party insurance.
Please be respectful to other riders, officials and to the ground and weather conditions on the day.
Regulatory hats to be worn and for anyone intending to jump a compliant back protector.
BHWC accepts no responsibility for injury to horse, rider or property whilst attending.
Neither the landowners nor the organisers nor anyone acting on their behalf accept responsibility for loss, damage, accident, illness or injury to ponies, horses, riders and spectators or their property. It is a condition of entry that each rider shall hold the landowners and organisers harmless and that he/she shall be deemed to indemnify the aforesaid against any legal proceedings, expenses or damages whatsoever arising from any incident. Everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers.
