King's Hawford School Fun and Friendly Show Jumping Show at Gracelands Equestrian Center, Droitwich

Entries All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis. If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk  and if there is space available we will do this for you. HATS: All Hats must be tagged with the new 2023 PINK Tag issued by either The Pony Club, BE or BRC. If your hat is not tagged please come and find the secretary on the day to check the hat and issue you a tag.

NUMBERS MUST BE PRINTED BY COMPETITORS and be used in a number bib. NO BRIDLE NUMBERS PLEASE.

Rosettes: Everyone receives a rosette for competing and it will be  1st- 6th individual place for each section of class. Dismounted prizegiving after each class.

This event is open to all children who are 4 years of age to 16 years of age.  The Organisers for this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone MUST take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all Officials and Stewards. Although every care will be taken, neither the organisers nor any person acting on their behalf or the Land- owners can accept any liability for the loss, damaged, accident or injury to persons, horses or property. The event is covered by KBIS insurance, HOWEVER all participants must be covered by their own third party insurance. This is a private event and as such not covered by PC insurance.

For clarification, this event will be run under PC SJ Rules 2024, although the Judge’s decision is final. Participants should wear show attire (tweed/blue jackets, shirt, tie, beige jodhpurs and short/long riding boots). If you have a school embroided numnah please feel free to wear it. Back protectors are recommended for show jumping. Anyone assisting (i.e. leading/running alongside a competitor) must wear appropriate clothing and footwear No jewellery (including earrings) to be worn except for medical jewellery.

Please take all litter home with you. Please clear all droppings away from the Gracelands Equestrian Centre, no hay nets outside of trailers and or boxes. No pony may compete in more than 3 classes. All competitors will agree to abide by the rules of the competition. Entries will close before the closing date if classes are full. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.  Horses carry risk of unpredictable behaviour and as such any accompanied children may be at risk of harm.
