Mini / Arena Eventing, individual, pairs, teams 30cms-90cms
Gate Jumping, Handy Pony , Champagne Challenge,

Relay, Pass the baton between riders as they each complete the course
Timed from the first horse starting to the last one finishing
Rescue relay of anyone is eliminated or stuck
poles = time added
Teams of three – there has to be a baton handover for each round eg person 1 hands to 2 etc person 4 passes back to 1 for the last round

open to horses and ponies and their riders, adults or juniors who are in their first season together. To be judged on rider effectiveness, way of going and potential for the future, W/T only in go round. Canter optional in individual display. Rider and horse/pony age will be taken into consideration.

definitely NOT a show horse. Enjoy the ring experience. Happy hacker, much loved friend, bring your horse or pony to a party in the Park! Rosettes to all entries. Walk / Trot only, no individual show, but small groups may be asked to go out to show walk and trot on both reins after the initial go round. Judged on the Judges’ preference and your story! Blemishes no problem, any tack allowed (provided its safe) no plaits, tidy rider turnout jacket and tie not necessary. Open to all ages of ride, all types of horse/pony, Rider sense of humour compulsory!

Young or inexperienced horses or ponies , to be ridden by adults or children. Riders must be suitable size /weight for the animal they ride . Walk /Trot only in the initial go round. Canter optional but encouraged in the individual show. To be judged in the horse/pony potential for the future. Manners, conformation and way of going on the day. Snaffle bridles only. No martingales but neck straps allowed

riders over the age of 15 years on show day, each will be given a glass of fizz (fizzy water for juniors) then asked to ride a variety of movements walk/trot/ canter etc carrying the glass and trying to not drop the contents! Winner will be the one with the most left in the glass who can then drink it! Horses or ponies astride or side saddle

Fun activities, open to all ages, assistance / LR allowed. Bending poles, ride through a channel, touch a target etc. No jumping , Lots of fun with Lisa £5 per round, unlimited rounds depending on time. Token prize to all clear rounds

• The aim of the competition is to jump the gate without knocking it down
• Jump the gate in turn, starting approx. 85cms and increases in height for each round.
• If the gate is knocked down, or the horse refuses, that combination is knocked out
• Winner is the combination who clears the gate at the highest
• Any suitable tack/boots/saddle
• Any fall of horse or rider is elimination
• Soft peak crash hats up to standard (tagged) compulsory. We can tag on the day in secretaries’ tent
• Horses 148cms and over, 6 years old or over
• Riders 16 years and over on show day
• Body protector strongly advised
• Hacking Jackets, Jumping jackets or Hunting kit to be worn
• Judge’s decision is final
• All competitors are deemed to be capable by virtue of entering this class that they are fit and competent to compete and that their horse is capable and fit enough to compete

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

- The Judge’s decision is final
- All ages are as on 1st January in the current year unless stated otherwise
- Any suitable safe tack/boots may be worn for the Arena eventing.
- Correct and appropriate tack to be used for the showing classes and lead reins must be attached to the noseband and not the bit. Handles on saddles are allowed LR/FR
- All competitors attend and compete at their own risk and must carry 3rd party insurance.
- All ridden exhibits to be 4 years old or over with exception of animals in the youngstock class
- Young riders are welcome but their safety and ability to compete is solely the parent/guardian’s responsibility.
- Classes will not start before times started but may start later
- Every effort had been made to avoid classes clashing and competitors are asked to consider this when entering. Please speak to the ring steward if you see clashes occurring and we will try to accommodate the best we can. Much depends on the number of entries
- All horses and ponies must have a valid up to date yearly equine influenza vaccination and passports must be carried with the correct horse & Pony by law when travelling
- Disclaimer of Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, sponsors, nor any agent, employee or representative of those bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars and their contents and accessories, or any person property whatsoever, whether caused by the negligence, breach or contract or in any other way whatsoever.
- Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present, for these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring any must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards
- Please enter and compete with a positive attitude. We aim to keep things simple, please ensure that your actions and approach does too.
- Anyone in breach of animal welfare or abuse to anyone on site will result in those persons being removed from the site immediately and no refunds for entries made
