Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 29/09/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Prizegiving will take place at the end of each class
PRIZES AWARDED T0 3rd & ROSETTES TO 10th PLACE
PRIZES WILL ALSO BE AWARDED FOR THE BEST HALLOWEEN FANCY
DRESS FOR CLASSES 1, 2 & 3
(but you can’t win more than 1 prize for your outfit!)
Terms and Conditions
1. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry and to alter the programme.
2. The Judge’s decision is final.
3. The competition is run under PC SJ Rules 2024 – see for tack & rider equipment.
4. All competitors should wear beige jodhpurs, white shirts and PC ties or PC stocks and jackets
or HHPC sweatshirts.
5. All competitors’ hats must be tagged & comply with PC hat rules. All competitors’ hats must
be tagged with the pink tag.
6. Hair nets must be worn for any shoulder length hair.
7. Back protectors are recommended for show jumping.
8. No jewellery to be worn except for medical jewellery.
9. No horse/pony is to compete more than once by the same rider in any one class unless HC.
10. All competitors will agree to abide by the rules of the competition.
11. Entries will close before the closing date if classes are full.
12. Prize giving will take place at the end of each class.
HEALTH & SAFETY: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
LEGAL LIABILITY: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or the Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
