Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry Conditions
Conditions of entry
1. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry and to alter the programme as weather or any other condition requires.
2. The competition is run under PC SJ Rules 2025 – see for tack & rider equipment. Back protectors are recommended for show jumping.
3. All competitors’ hats must be tagged with the pink PC tag and comply with PC hat rules and hair nets should be worn for any shoulder length hair.
4. No horse/pony is to compete more than once by the same rider in any one class unless HC except in classes 1 & 2 where ponies may be ridden a maximum of twice in the class, by two different riders to allow for siblings/friends that share a pony.
5. All spurs worn anywhere on the event site, by any competitor, must comply with Pony Club rules. Misuse of spurs by any competitor will be recorded and reported and may result in disqualification from the competition. PC Members wearing spurs must have a yellow hat tag and/or a C+ felt.
6. Any abuse of horses/ponies, officials or other competitors will not be tolerated and those found doing so will be asked to leave the venue with no compensation and may be reported to the relevant authority.
7. All competitors will agree to abide by the rules of the competition.
8. The Judge’s decision is final.

HEALTH & SAFETY: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
LEGAL LIABILITY: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or the Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
