In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £10.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry information
Height of the gate will start at 90cm and increase each round. Knock out competition with
riders eliminated for refusal, knock down or fall.
Entries close Saturday 30th December. Late entries accepted subject to a £5 late entry charge. There will be a drawn order, each rider may have up to two rides.
Competition will start at 11am prompt, warm up prior to this in the arena. Competition on a surface.
Please declare to secretary on arrival to the event.
Terms and Conditions
• The organisers or landowner accept NO responsibility for any damage, accident or injury to horse or rider during this event.
• Judges Decision is final in all matters
• Hard hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn. Body protectors advised.
• Hunting attire preferred with a hint of Christmas fancy dress where desired
• No dogs please
• No refunds will be given unless cancellation due to weather less £10 admin fee per combination
• Competitors must hold their own 3rd Party Insurance
• No horses to be entered that have won over £1,000 BS prize money
• Entered horses must have seen hounds
