No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

We are extremely grateful to the RVC for sponsoring and running the Flamstead Pony Club’s first ever Equine First Aid Talk and thank you to Trowley Bottom Farm for hosting it.
This event is open to all Members, their parents, friends and family.
There will be 2 sessions
11 years and under from 10 -12pm
12 years and over from 1 – 3pm
Parents can join their child’s group and non members can choose to attend either the am or pm session.
Refreshments will be a provided.
No dogs, please and take any rubbish home with you.
Please do not touch or feed any of the ponies on the yard.
This event is unmounted.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This event is open to all.
Entry to any Flamstead Branch of the Pony Club event authorises photographs/videos/other images taken by outside agencies/Pony Club. Photographers at the event may publish in the press and internet for publicity purposes. If you do not wish a photographer to take your photo, please contact the organiser.
Neither the organiser, landowner, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
The organisers have the right to refuse any entry or vary or cancel the event without explanation.
Non Pony Club entrants are not covered by the Pony club insurance and must have their own third party liability cover.Flamstead Branch of the Pony Club and its organisers are not legally responsible for non-members and their insurance will not cover you.
