No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Awards night with presentations to our members for achievements in 2024. Starting at 7.00 pm
There will be a Hog Roast with wedges and salad and licensed bar. Please book in for either Adult Food ticket (£11), Member/Under 16s Food ticket (£7) or Entrance only (£3).
Also we are using the opportunity of having lots of our parents present to briefly update you all on what is on offer for your children with a new training format from Easter, an update on the new test syllabuses and training towards these and information on the three summer camps for members.
There will be Fun and Games for all and a great opportunity to enjoy a social evening with other Pony Club parents.

Please can we ask for donations of prizes for both the Adult Bottle Raffle and Children’s Tombola. Either bring on the night or drop off to Fi, Sylvie of Philippa.
