In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Triathlon – ₤22.00 per competitor (£20 for Fitzwilliam Members)
Biathlon – £15.00 per competitor (£13 for Fitzwilliam Members)
No team fees.

All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee that will be stated online on a per entry basis
By entering this competition all competitors are agreeing to the Conditions of Entry below – so please read them
Entries Close –Sunday 21st January but will close early if maximum entry limit is reached.
No refund will be given once entries have closed.

Teams to comprise 3 or 4 competitors from the same class, except classes 5 & 7, which will be combined and classes 6 & 8, which will be combined.
Competitors not already in teams will be grouped into ad hoc teams. Team rosettes to 4th place.
Rosettes to 6th place in all individual classes.
Prizes will be awarded for best shoot, swim and run in each class.
Competitor times
All competitors will be given shoot, run and swim times for their entries and these will be posted on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk no later than Thursday 25th January.
CONDITIONS
1. ANY COVID PROTOCOL IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT WILL APPLY. PLEASE ENSURE ALL COMPETITORS READ THE BRIEFING NOTES SENT OUT PRIOR TO THE DAY.
2. THE PONY CLUB TETRATHLON RULES 2024 to apply. Age as at 1st January 2024 (except in the case of 8 year olds, who may shoot provided they are 8 on the day of the competition).
3. The Judge’s decision is final.
4. STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED.
5. NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS.
6. Legal liability. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to any competitors, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
7. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
8. Photographic Rights – competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.
