Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- All hats must be tagged with the PINK HAT TAG. Please come to the secretary if you need your hat tagged. The Finn Valley Riding Club shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, or injury to any person, horse, or property, however, caused in respect or in connection with, or arising out of this event.
- The event will be run according to the Riding Clubs Rules 2025
- As per rule G14 PROTESTS. Protests or complaints may be lodged only by the chairman, team manager, or nominated representative of the club concerned. These must be in writing and accompanied by a deposit of £20. They must be addressed to the organiser of the competition or official steward as appropriate. Protests must be made no later than 30 minutes after the incident which gave rise to that protest, 30 minutes after the results have been published or, in the case of protests against the qualification of ponies/horses or riders, 60 minutes after the start of the class.
- Riders must wear an effective Body Protector meeting BETA 2018 Level 3 Standard (blue and black label) AND sleeves covering shoulders for Cross Country.
