Information for Sunday:

Please go to the office on arrival to declare and collect your number. We can tag your hat if required. Please remember that this is a Pony Club competition and we are running it using the Pony Club 2023 Show Jumping and Spring Festival rules, please familiarise yourself with them. Competitors will be expected to wear competition attire. Hair must be tied up securely, preferably in a hair net, no jewellery with the exception of one small pair of earring studs and wedding rings.  Whilst we do not expect ponies to be plaited, we do ask that they are turned out neatly. Please be ready in plenty of time for your class. Please can competitors ensure they leave the ring at walk for safety.

We are very fortunate to have the use of Howe. Can we kindly ask that you tidy up any hay or droppings from around your trailers/lorries before heading home and pick up after your pony in the warm up and collecting arena’s.

Can we please ask that you show kindness and are polite to all of our volunteers. These events cannot be run without them. Should you have a complaint or grievance, please come to the desk and we shall try out best to resolve it for you.

We will have a mounted prize giving at the end of each class. Again, please can we ask for competitors to be neatly turned out for them.

The cafe will be open and Sinclair Photography will be on site to capture all the action.

Finally, we would like to thank you all in advance for coming along to support our event. We wish you all the best of luck for Sunday and remember to have fun!
