Please note medical cover is included in the cost of entry for this event.
If numbers allow, this class will be split between adults and riders aged 17 years and under.
The highest placed Fife PC Member in this class will receive “The Perpetual Points Cup” presented by Angle Park Sand and Gravel
The highest placed Fife PC Member in this class will receive “The Wallace Trophy”
The highest placed Fife PC Member in this class will receive the “Miss Pilkington” Trophy
The highest placed Fife PC member to receive the “Muirsland Monty” salver
The highest placed 15 years and over Fife PC Member in this class will receive the “Presidents Cup”
The highest placed 14 years and under Fife PC Member in this class will receive the “Intermediate” Trophy
The highest placed Fife PC member to receive the “Springburn Denizen Trophy”
The highest placed, 14 years and over, Fife PC Member in this class will receive “The Poett Cup”.
The highest placed, 13 years and under, Fife PC Member in this class will receive the “Montrave ODE Cup” for the Best Junior

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

RULES:
1. Ponies/horses must be 5 years old and over.
2. All competitors must have insurance ie BE, PC, RC, BS, BD or own.
3. Age of competitors is taken from 1st January 2024 (Pony Club age).
4. Open to Adults and all Pony Club members – Branch/Centre must be included in the ‘Entrant Notes’ section, and non PC members.
5. Course will be open for inspection after 2pm, Saturday 27th April 2023.
6. Back protectors are compulsory for the Cross-Country phase and must be labelled 2018 (blue and black label).
7. Hats to PAS 015:2011, Snell E2016 onwards, SEI ASTM-F1163 2004a onwards, VG1 with BSI Kitemark, AS/NZS 3838, 2006 onwards must be tagged and correctly fastened when mounted.
8. Medical armbands are strongly advised but not compulsory.
9. Vaccinations. All horses/ponies must be up-to-date and comply with yearly vaccinations and pass- ports will be randomly checked.
10. The event will be run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2024.
11. Competitors must print off and bring their own number and bib. LARGE PRINT NOT PEN. There is a template available on the Horse-Events website.
12. In the case of cancellation, a £10 administration charge, per entry, will be forfeited.
13. No horse or pony may compete more than once.
14. The organisers reserve the right to split classes, cancel, alter advertised times, limit entries in classes or refuse entry where necessary.
15. Elimination in all classes after 4 refusals around the course, fall of rider or horse, and must not continue.
16. No outside assistance is permitted.
17. All litter must be gathered up and disposed of properly.
18. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times, and please pick up after them.
19. Any requests for changes to classes after times are posted will incur at £10 charge.
20. Refunds will be issued minus the booking fee up until the Withdrawal date, after the Withdrawal date no refunds for whatever reason.
21. Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of the Pony Club.
22. All classes will be judged to an optimum time. No stopwatches allowed.
