No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £2 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Shooting
All guns must be brought to tables in their boxes and only opened on command of the firing point steward. Pistols are to be flagged and in possession of an adult (18yrs and over) or securely locked in a car out of sight at all times when not being used.
Competitors must be competent in handling a pistol and have had prior instruction in doing so. This must be confirmed upon entry.
Competitors are to wear the PC regulation clothing and safety glasses whilst shooting. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to competitors wearing incorrect clothing or breech of any safety rules.
Please can all competitors and/or their helpers ensure they are confident with loading and shooting their guns and how to deal with any issues.
We do not have spare gas on site for guns – please ensure your pistols have ample gas upon arrival.
Swimming
Diving certificates must be shown before any competitor is allowed to dive from the poolside or the blocks. Marshalls will check these prior to each swim.
All competitors must be capable of swimming at least 1 length of the pool confidently. Please mark on entry form if an outside lane is required and be aware these may be limited.
Running
Runners will be set off at 1 minute intervals on the day. A start time for each class will be given rather than individual running start times. Running will run in number order. Please make sure you arrive ready for the start of your running section.
Other
Dogs are not permitted on site.
On site catering will be available.

Please note this is a new event in the PC Area 6 TRI calendar. We hope that everyone will have a lovely day and we thank you in advance for coming.
Teams will consist of 4 members in each class – best 3 scores to count. We will endeavour to put spare individuals into mixed teams. There will be no teams in classes where there are 8 or fewer competitors.
Scoring
Live scoring will be available via Pony Club Results https://www.ponyclubresults.co.uk/
Prizes
Individual rosettes 1st-6th with prizes for best shoot, run & swim in each class.
Team rosettes 1st-3rd in each class (subject to entries).
All prizes must be collected at the prizegiving – they will not be posted on.
The judge’s decision is final.
Entries may be limited.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
HEALTH SAFETYOrganisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present.For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
DISCLAIMERS Neither the Owners, Organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to competitors, spectators or any other person or property.
The event will be run under the current Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules and it is the responsibility of the competitors to make sure that they understand and adhere to the rules at all times.
Ages of competitors as at 1st January 2025.
Minimum age of competitor is 4 years on 1st January 2025.
No person under the age of 8yrs on the day of competition may shoot.
The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class at any stage.
No refunds will be made after the closing date of entries. Refunds prior to the closing date will be made in full less non-refundable booking fee.
