Refund minus an admin fee of £5.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

All riders must have their own insurance, and wear good hats. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
No dogs to be taken on the ride.
