In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Classes A- D Tetrathlon £38, or £28 for Triathlon only at Framlingham College (shooting, running & swimming phases)
Classes E – J Tetrathlon £48, Triathlon only £28

Rules
1 The Tetrathlon & the Triathlon are open to members of any Branch of the Pony Club. Competitors should be at least 8 years old on the day of the competition in order to be allowed to shoot.
2 Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules 2025 will generally apply, but may be varied at the Organiser’s discretion. All hats must be tagged with a PINK tag. Spurs cannot be worn unless member has passed C+ or the spurs test. Please attach YELLOW hat tag. 3 Horse/ Pony may be shared by two competitors without penalty if riding different courses. If riding the same course, the second competitor will incur a 200-point penalty.
4 Competitors may elect to ride a lower cross-country course and will incur a 500-point penalty. This should be declared on the entry form.
5 Please state on the entry form last known swim score and if the competitor is a weak swimmer, if they would they prefer an outside lane. Beanies and Tadpoles (Classes A – D) swim widths rather than lengths.
6 Beanbags will be judged from where the Velcro attaches to the target
7 The cross-country course will be open for inspection from 2 pm on Saturday 5th April 2025.

all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
9 Legal Liability. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or
The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
10 When shooting, competitors must wear long trousers and shoes that cover the whole foot but do not reach the ankle bone. Safety or prescription glasses are recommended at all levels and are mandatory for shooting at 7m. Any type of sound-producing or communication system is prohibited. Sound-reducing devices (ear defenders or ear plugs), visors, caps, eye patches, corrective lenses or filters may be worn.
11 No person under 18 years may carry an air pistol in a public place.
12 On arrival at the competition please present your gun for inspection to the Steward.
13 Loaders must be experienced, over 18 years of age and arranged by the competitor. Any competitor may load their own pistol subject to the discretion of the Firing Point Steward.
14 Guns must be kept boxed until instructed otherwise by the Chief Range Officer or Firing Point Steward. Guns must be carried, boxed, by someone over 18 years and kept locked in a car boot when not in use.
15 Dive certificates are compulsory for those wanting to dive, if you do not have one you will have to start in the pool.
N.B. There will be NO diving for Beanies or Tadpoles.
