The Hearnesbrook Meteor Shield will be awarded to the highest place EHPC pair. Class will be judged on time & on style & togetherness at 3/4 different fences.

PRIZES
Rosettes to 10th place. Special rosette to best Easton Harriers PC member in each class 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each class or section will qualify for the National Hunter Trial Series Final Sponsored by Eland Lodge to be held at Eland Lodge next year.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entries. Entry fees are NOT refundable after the closing date under any circumstances.
2. The Pony Club Eventing 2024 Rules will apply throughout. For dress and tack rules see www.pcuk.org and look under the individual disciplines.
3. Any outside assistance or interference by anyone other than an OFFICIAL will incur elimination.
4. The Judges’ decision is final; objections should be made by e-mail to eastonharrierscomps@gmail.com following online publication of the results. No video evidence will be considered under any circumstances.
5. Legal Liability. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accept any liability for any accident, loss damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
6. No horses/ponies under 4 years of age allowed to compete.
7. Health and Safety. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
8. Riding hats MUST have a pink tag (PC, BE or BRC). Body Protectors (2018) MUST be worn.

9. Hair must be restrained and in a hair net if long. NO HAIR below the collar. No watches, electronic devices or jewellery allowed.
10. No Stopwatches allowed

12. There will be no secretary’s tent on the competition day. For any queries on the day please ring 07860581775.
14. Please Park considerately.
15. If you have won a rosette, please come to the caravan by the red box to collect it. Rosettes will only be posted if you send a sae to the address on ponyclubresults
16. Passports will not be routinely checked but there may be spot checks on the day, so please make sure you have your horse’s passport with you.
17. Riding hats will be checked for the correct tag. If you arrive at the collecting ring without a pink tag you will need to dismount to show your hat to the official for tagging.
