Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 24/02/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Prizes & Prize Giving
Rosettes: Individual to 6th place. Teams to 6th place. Best run, swim and shoot in all classes. There will be a presentation after the event. Please ensure one representative from each club collects all rosettes for competitors not attending the presentation. Unless specifically requested we will not post rosettes after the event.

Tetrathlon & Triathlon additional Venue Details
Team trainers are asked to ensure that competitors do not bring muddy shoes & boots into the Dragon Leisure centre complex and that no footwear is worn in the swimming area.
Terms and Conditions
The Event will run as far as possible in accordance with The Pony Club Tetrathlon rules 2023/24
Team Trainiers are asked to ensure that competitors do not bring muddy shoes and boots into the Dragon Leisure centre comples and no footwear in the swimming area.
Any objections must be put forward by the Team Manager.
The Judges decision is final.
There will be no mixed teams.
Shooting- Please ensure all competitors comply with firearms regulations. It is a condition of entry that all competitors are capable of handling a gun correctly and that they and their loaders have had adequate training in safety on the firing range. Pistols must remain boxed boxed at all times, They many only be unboxed at the firing point on the instruction of the range steward. You are reminded of the rules regarding dress. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE ENTRY IF THE COMPETITOR IS LEFT HANDED.
Running- Competitors will be started ‘en mass’. The run is on grass.
Swimming-CLASS 1-Buoyancy aids will be allowedand there will be no penalty. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE ENTRY FORM IF THE COMPETITOR IS IN GENUINE NEED OF AN OUTSIDE LANE FOR SWIMMING.
