Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Prizes & Prize Giving
Rosettes:
There will be a presentation after the event.
Individual to 6th place.
Teams to 6th place.
Best run, swim and shoot in all classes.
All Beanies will receive a rosette.
This is the last event of the Winter Series Triathlon, rosettes will be awarded at the presentation
Please ensure one representative from each club collects all rosettes for competitors not attending the presentation.
Unless specifically requested we will not post rosettes after the event.
Team information
Team information – team entries can be viewed and assigned into teams online in your Event Manager for all team managers please request access if not already on the booking form.
Teams must only be made up of one branch.
Team trainers please contact East Cornwall PC asap after the closing date to announce teams. echponyclub@gmail.com

Tetrathlon & Triathlon additional Venue Details
Team trainers are asked to ensure that competitors do not bring muddy shoes and boots into the Dragon Leisure centre complex and that no footwear is worn in the swimming area.
Please Note
Notes: Please read before entering so you are fully aware of how the day runs.
The event will be run as far as possible in accordance with The Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules 2024/25.
Team trainers are asked to ensure that competitors do not bring muddy shoes & boots into the Dragon Leisure centre complex and that no footwear is worn in the swimming area.
Any objections must be put forward by the Team Trainer with 15 minutes of results being published.
The judge’s decision will be final.
There will be no mixed teams.
Do not leave the pool side until you/team manager has confirmed your swim distance on your lane swim slip.
Shooting – Please ensure all competitors comply with firearms regulations.
It is a condition of entry that all competitors are capable of handling a gun correctly and that they and their loaders have had adequate training in safety on the firing range. Pistols must remain boxed at all times. They may only be unboxed at the firing point on the instruction of the range steward. You are reminded of the rules regarding dress. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE ENTRY IF THE COMPETITOR IS LEFT-HANDED.
• Running – Competitors will be started ‘en mass’ – depending on weather conditions, this phase may be on a mixed surface.
• Swimming – Class 1 – buoyancy aids will be allowed and there will be no penalty. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE ENTRY FORM IF THE COMPETITOR IS USING AN AID AS OUTSIDE LANE WILL BE REQUIRED.
There is limited phone reception at the venue, please ensure you have recorded your times prior to the start.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
