Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
Our championship series will until April 2025 and is based on points won at each of our dressage competitions and there will be a champion and reserve champion in each category below- you have to be in it to win it! Intro (champion & reserve champion) Prelim (champion & reserve champion) Novice/ Elementary (champion & reserve champion) Please note if you have previously won either the intro or prelim championship before you are welcome to still compete at the same level but any points will not be awarded towards the championship to enable others to have a fair chance of winning, you will still be placed as normal on the day. If there are sufficient entries the classes will be split in to sections and rosettes to 6th place – we also include an Intro only section if sufficient entries (for those only competing at intro level and not riding a prelim or higher at the same event to make it fair for the beginners/lower level competitors)
Side Saddle Association Area 19 points championship series running within this event so if you ride side saddle please join us!
Terms and Conditions
You must ensure you horse is up to date with vaccinations (12 monthly) and has public liability insurance as you are liable if you horse injures another horse or person etc
