Working at all gaits for horses and riders who are more established in horseback archery. Please only enter this class if you have been advised to do so by Emily.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 11/04/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Secretary to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary

Cancellations and refund policy:
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session will be refunded in full minus the HorseEvents admin fee (currently £1.75)
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session – no refunds will be given.
Refunds will be paid in full, minus the HorseEvents admin fee if:
• DMA
• OR the Met Office issues a weather warning which says it is unsafe to travel.
DMA reserves the right to change sessions to ground archery only, if the weather conditions dictate.
Bookings are made on the understanding that this may occur as a last resort.
