The CPD will be delivered by Kate Wallett, who whilst not only being The Fernie DC, has built her own consultancy and become a leading expert in the field of Organisational Behaviour, Leadership Development and Change. She works with, coaches and advises Chief Executives and Senior Teams, offering a unique insight and understanding into how and why organisations think, act and operate in particular ways and the impact on performance.
Kate holds an MA in Human Resource Management, a post graduate certificate in Employment Law, a Diploma in coaching, as well being a Member of the CIPD. She has lectured for 15 years at De Montfort University with Post Graduate Corporate clients on Leadership, Change, Culture, Organisational Behaviour and Development.
Kate, holds a BHSAI and BHSII and is immensely knowledgeable on equestrianism and The Pony Club in particular, to relate this topic to Area 6 coaches.
