In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

We ask that all branches offer a helper for a portion of the day, lane walkers, run timers.
Full times should be available on pony club results Wednesday 4th December.
Venue
Penrith Leisure centre has a 25m 5 lane swimming pool with lots of viewing above the pool, it also has a mini pool so for any beanie competitors we ask that if they cannot swim a length in a big pool unaided, we ask that they enter the little pool class. PLEASE NOTE: No floatation devices allowed in the main pool – if your beanie child requires a swimming aid we ask that you enter the little pool class.
The shoot will be held in the sports hall.
The run will be on grass about a 5-minute walk from the centre.
There is a large car park which the centre can distribute event tickets for day parking, if that’s full there is a Sainsburys over the road which has parking limits on, and we hope to have the local school allow parking in their car park, more info on parking will be available nearer the time.
There is a café on site which will be open all day, or Sainsburys just over the road.
To be run in accordance with 2024 Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules. The decisions of the judges are final throughout.
For insurance purposes, all competitors must be paid-up members of their Pony Club branch.
Objections: Any queries should be taken up with the phase steward at that point and no more than 20 minutes after the scores are put up or posted on the scoring link. Objections must be made by the team manager only.
Shooting: Please make sure that you are very familiar with the latest Pony Club rules for shooting Section 35 SHOOTING RULES. This competition will be run in accordance with all new safety procedures.
Diving: Dive certificates need to be emailed to jgray093@hotmail.co.uk before the 3rd of December

This is a friendly Branch event. Branch Teams can be made up of any combination of age or gender, Team managers to notify organiser of teams once entries have closed.
The Triathlon presentation will be on Saturday after classes have finished.
