Entries for the SJ MAY be taken on day depending on numbers but will be £10 per entry

All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee which will be stated online on a per class basis
* If a competitor starts on the Lead rein they must stay on the lead rein all day. Class 1 and 14 are the only lead rein. LR riders may enter class 15 but must be off LR but can be assisted.
* Classes 1- 9 – one entry per combination.
* * All classes run under Pony Club Dressage and Show Jumping Rules 2024.
* Class 1 to 5 and class 9 + 10 can use any normal riding bit in the dressage.
* Only classes 1 to 5 and 9+10 may have a commander for the dressage. All others must be ridden from memory (run under Area competition rules)
* Hats must be worn at all times. PC Members must abide by PC hat rule (11) and hats need to be tagged.
* All dressage tests are available on the pony club web site www.pcuk.org
* Trophy to winning combination (or highest placed CFHS member) in each of the classes 1-13.
* Ponies/horses must be tacked up properly and riders appropriately dressed for all classes at all times.
*PLEASE MAKE SURE ON THE DAY YOU PRESENT TO THE DRESSAGE ARENA 10 MINS BEFORE YOUR TIME OR YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED
* Medial cover at our events complies with PC rules
* We reserve the right to refuse entries from those we feel are over qualified/or entered the wrong class.
* Maximum height of jumps in practice ring will be no higher than the class being jumped.
*ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT booked via horse events
* At all our events objections must be accompanied by a deposit of £10 that will be refunded if the objection is upheld within 30 mins of the class finishing. Results will be posted for 30mins before any prize giving.
REFRESHMENTS (TBC) and TOILET ON THE FIELD
Classes open to all PC members. You can enter as many classes as you like. Points will be awarded to CFHS combinations towrds the end of year trophy, If you ride two pomies you will get the best points from 1 pony.
1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
3. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The CFHS Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
