Refund minus an admin fee of £2.50 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5.00 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary shows@chhpc.org
Teams to consist of 3 or 4 members of the same Branch of the Pony Club.
Combinations can ride in 2 consecutive height teams as per 2025 rules.
Organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend or add to the classes as they see fit.
The judge’s decision is final.
Any competitor lodging an objection must do so in writing & deposit the sum of £10 with the Secretary within 10 minutes of the Class having been judged and in the event of the objection not being upheld will forfeit the deposit.
Late entries will be accepted on the day at £5 extra if space permits. However, as entries for some classes may need to be restricted, early entry is recommended.
The Organisers reserve the right to vary the order of the composition of the schedule according to circumstances if necessary
No entry fees will be returned without a vet’s or doctor’s certificate presented within 7 days of the show
No horse or pony under 5 years old to be entered
In the case of cancellation due to bad weather/unforeseen circumstances £5.00 will be kept from each entrant for administrative costs.
No entries will be accepted without remittance
All classes will be run under 2025 Pony Club Rules – see website.
Riders must be correctly dressed for unmounted prize giving.

Bill Kear Arena
1 – 3 to start approx 12.30 (once 80 in Day arena has finished)
Day Arena
4 – 9 class 4 to we may need to start at 8am depending on entries
Reasonable Adjustment
The Pony Club is committed to ensuring that, wherever possible, members are able to access all aspects of the Branch and Centre activities we offer. Reasonable Adjustments are any actions that help to reduce the effect of a disability or difficulty. Reasonable Adjustments can be used for the Pony Club Tests and should be approved in advance of the Test taking place. Reasonable Adjustments can also be used to allow for members to take part in activities or competitions. As with Tests, these adjustments should be approved in advance of the activity or competition.
How to apply for a Reasonable Adjustment
The application is via the Reasonable Adjustment Application Form. This Form must be submitted, accompanied by the member’s Personal Profile and relevant documents from a healthcare professional, to the relevant person (Test Organiser, Competition Secretary, Rally Organiser) at least two weeks before the activity is due to take place.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
