No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

1. ANY REQUESTS FOR REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE DC JULIA MARTIN EMAIL dc@chhpc.org BY THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES. LINK TO THE PONY CLUB REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT INFORMATION: https://pcuk.org/officials/equality-diversity/reasonable-adjustment/
2. ALL COMPETITORS MUST WEAR A PROTECTIVE HAT TO THE MINIMUM STANDARD LISTED IN THE PONY CLUB HAT RULE 2024 AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED WITH THE CHIN STRAP FASTENED. ALL HATS MUST BE TAGGED WITH A PINK PONY CLUB, RIDING CLUB OR BE HAT TAG. TAGGING WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY.
3. BODY OR BACK PROTECTORS MUST BE WORN FOR CROSS-COUNTRY. RIDERS PARTICIPATING IN ANY PONY CLUB EVENT ARE NOW REQUIRED TO WEAR A BODY PROTECTOR THAT MEETS THE LEVEL 3 BLUE BETA 2018 STANDARD.
4. JEWELLERY IS NOT ALLOWED.
5. DRESSAGE TESTS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM www.pcuk.org
6. DRESSAGE TESTS MAY BE COMMANDED IN ALL 3 CLASSES
7. ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED SO ENTER EARLY PLEASE
8. ANY RIDER AND/ OR PONY MAY COMPETE IN ONE CLASS ONLY
9. SAVE FOR THE DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ORGANISERS, OR ANYONE FOR WHOM THEY ARE IN LAW RESPONSIBLE, NEITHER THE ORGANISERS OF THIS EVENT OR THE PONY CLUB, NOR ANY AGENT, EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF THESE BODIES, NOR THE LANDLORD OR HIS TENANT, ACCEPTS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, LOSS, DAMAGE, ILLNESS OR INJURY TO HORSES, OWNERS, RIDERS, SPECTATORS, LAND, CARS, THEIR CONTENT AND ACCESSORIES OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY WHATSOEVER, WHETHER CAUSED BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR IN ANY OTHER WAY WHATSOVER. ENTRIES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON THIS BASIS.
10. THE ORGANISERS OF THIS EVENT HAVE TAKEN ALL RESPONSIBLE PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF EVERYONE PRESENT AT THIS EVENT. FOR THESE MEASURES TO BE EFFECTIVE, EVERYONE MUST TAKE ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID AND PREVENT ACCIDENTS. THEY MUST OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ORGANISERS AND ALL OFFICIALS AND STEWARDS.
11. THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES IS FINAL. OBJECTIONS TO BE LODGED AT THE SECRETARY’S TENT IN WRITING WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE INCIDENT TOGETHER WITH A DEPOSIT OF £10.
12. ALL DOGS IF BROUGHT MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES.
13. NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE RETURNED AFTER THE WITHDRAWL DATE UNLESS YOUR PLACE CAN BE FILLED. 14. PARK ONLY WHERE INDICATED AND IF YOU GET STUCK, WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE TOTALLY DUG INTO THE MUD.
15. THESE HORSE TRIALS ARE RUN UNDER THE PONY CLUB RULES 2024. 16. COMBINATION MAY ONLY COMPETE ONCE.
17. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE PUBLISHING THE COMPETITOR’S NAME, BRANCH, (IF APPLICABLE) AND FULL RESULTS. IF YOU WISH YOUR DETAILS TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THESE PUBLICATIONS PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THIS ON YOUR ENTRY FORM. PLEASE REFER TO OUR BRANCH PRIVACY POLICY AT www.chhpc.org

19.IF A PONY IS BEING LED THE LEAD REIN MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE NOSEBAND. LEADERS MUST NOT HOLD THE REINS.
