In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

*Winter League riders are not permitted to compete in Classes 1 to 4.

Important information
It is mandatory for all Riders to wear a protective helmet at all times when mounted.
Correct riding attire in accordance with the Pony Club rules, should be worn. Correct Footwear must be worn by all riders. All body piercings must be removed including earrings.

Members will be required to print their own numbers.
Please do not muck out horse boxes in the car park. Please put litter in the bins provided or take it home with you.
Horses/ponies must not be tied up outside boxes/trailers and left unattended.
All accidents must be reported to the show secretary for inclusion in the accident book.
All classes will be judged in accordance with Pony Club rules. The decisions of the committee and judges are final.
If any horse/pony has been in contact with strangles or any other infectious disease, it should not attend the show.
Equine Influenza Vaccine Compliance

Please ensure you have your horse/pony passport with you.
Health & Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or their tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
