No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Please park in the lorry park at the back of the property. Take ALL litter, droppings and hay with you. Please park sensibly and ensure space for neighbours to unload/load.
Under 16’s welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Rosette for the highest placed Junior in all classes.

Unless otherwise stated – All classes are run under British Dressage rules for tack and dress. If a event is listed as ‘come as you are’, BD tack rules and all safety rules still apply.
A fastened riding hat to be worn at all times whilst mounted, no exceptions.
Horses at walk only in the lorry park, no lunging anywhere.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be on a lead at all times. You MUST clear up after your dog.
No spectators, helpers or instructors (unless accompanying a child) in the warm up at any time.
All children should be accompanied at all times – children riding should have a parent or guardian in the warm up with them at all times
Horse riding is a dangerous sport, competitors are expected to take reasonable precautions and display excellent warm up ring etiquette. The organisers accept no responsibility for injury or loss, nor liability for either.
All competitors are recommended to hold at least third party insurance
