By entering the fun ride, I agree to abide by the following:
Your safety is you own responsibility. We do NOT accept liability for any accident, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle, your companions, or your belongings whatsoever and however caused.
1. I can confirm that I have appropriate current public liability insurance.
2. All riders must wear a hard hat to the current approved standards (correctly fastened) when mounted, and we recommend the wearing of a correctly fitted back protector. All riders should always have full control of their horse.
3. Riders should be accompanied, either mounted or on foot and we insist on a mobile telephone being carried in case of emergency. Children under the age of 18 should be closely supervised.
4. Consideration must be always given to other horses and riders and only one horse at a time per fence. If riding in pairs or as part of a group, horses are NOT to jump abreast of each other and must follow one behind the other.
5. Riders must use the course in a sensible manner compatible with their level of experience. Please report any problems or damage to us when you return so that we can keep the course in a first-class order.
These rules are mainly common sense and are in the interest of your own safety and in keeping the facilities in good order. By entering the fun ride, you are agreeing to abide by these rules. An adult must remain completely responsible for the safety and actions of those riders who are under 18 years at all times.
Please check in with the organisers on arrival and on completion of the course.
Your safety is your own responsibility. We (including: its owner, the organisers, landowners and any of its employees, helpers and representatives involved ) do NOT accept liability for any accident, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle, your companions, or your belongings whatsoever and however caused.
It is up to the participants to hold appropriate personal and public liability insurance and hold valid horse passports.

The minimum age for horses and ponies is 4 years.
Please ride in a sensible way compatible with your level of experience.
Please be considerate to other horse/pony riders and spectators at all times.
No dogs please (due to local shoots and livestock)
Instructions from course Stewards must be obeyed and we will not accept any rudeness to our volunteers.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Take care to keep our venue clean and tidy and pick up droppings and do not muck out lorries/trailers on site.
We strongly advise that back protectors are worn when completing the fun ride – especially if planning to jump.
Park at least 5m apart – please do not block the entrance.
All tack must be appropriate and in good repair.
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. Riders are asked to take precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.
